This is the 3rd book in the Sherlock Files series where Xena and Xander try to solve Sherlock Holmes unsolved cases. Xena and Xander's classmate Karim tells them about a story passed down for generations in his family about a missing Egyptian amulet that is said to make time stand still. This case was also in Sherlock Holmes unsolved casebook so Xena and Xander were excited to solve the case. During the case they had to uncover lots of clues that lead them to many places in London. But you should read the book to find out if they found the amulet and if it was magic.

Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban

This is a wonderful book, 3rd in the series, but my favorite so far. Harry Potter is a wizard, and a very famous one at that. When he was a kid, his parents were killed by the darkest wizard of all time, Lord Voldemort. Now, Harry is back for another exciting year at Hogwarts-his school-But this time, it's not Voldemort. It's another wizard, that is believed to be mad. Sirius Black. He blew up a street full of muggles which are humans, not wizards, broke out of prison, and betrayed his best friends, Harry's parents. Or did he? Now he's after Harry too. Or is he? Join Harry for another fun ride through the year, full of magic, but very dangerous.

I would highly recomend this book to those who love mystery, action and adventure. In this book a steward named Gavin and a passenger named Karolina take a voyage of saddness and confussion across the Atlantic Ocean on the Titanic. On a calm, clear night on April 14, 1912 the greatest ship ever built faces a disaster that it can not conquer. Many died on this terrible night. Will Gavin and Karolina be among the survivors? If you enjoy this book there is a whole fanastic survival series based on other historical time periods waiting for you to read.

I have been reading pretty slow this summer finishing one book 2 inches thick one after noon starting another 2 inch finishing it the next after noon and so on. I started in June and am up to 11 book so far. I made this super cool deal with my mum and da that if I read 50 books by my deadline(I don't know what it is yet) in august that they would buy me a swiss army knife!!! I still have to cut the grass edges though. :( I still have a loooooong way to go. I really hope I can do it! So I should get off of here and get to work! Later! PS. I finished "The Celtic knot" last night at 11:00. My 11th book. :)
